9:00am Family Trot

Mule Day Kick 5K Run : 8:00am
The Mule Day Kick 5K Run is a certified 3.1-mile run that begins at the Riverside Elementary School near downtown Columbia TN. The course will meander through the Riverside neighborhood and return on Riverside Drive. The finish is in Riverwalk Park.

1-Mile Family Trot : 9:00am
The 1-mile race is targeted at kids with awards to the top three finishers of the following ages in each sex: 4 and under, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, & 12.  Adults may run but will not be scored.  Adults who run in the 5k may accompany his or her child for free.  T-shirts are included in the entry fee.

We want everyone to exercise:
Proceeds for this race benefiting the City of Columbia playgrounds and the Annual Giving Campaign of the Maury County YMCA. This program offers financial assistance for YMCA programs and services and supports programs such as Diabetes Prevention and ABC (After Breast Cancer).

Entry and Packet Pickup
5k is $25 through March 31, $35 thereafter and on race morning. 1-Mile Kids race is $5. Registration online is recommended; there is no add-on fee for this: give.ymcamidtn.org/races
Mail-in registration ends March 30. Packet pick is at the Riverside Elementary gym on race morning and Friday 2:00p-6:00p.        

Race Day Information
The race location is 102 Riverside Dr., Columbia TN. From Hwy 31 (North Garden St.) at Quizno’s take 5th Street east, go two blocks, cross the Duck River bridge, parking is to the left at Riverside Elementary. The 5k starts at 8:00 a.m.; the 1-Mile run starts at 9:00 a.m. Awards will begin after the 1-mile run. Showers are available at the YMCA afterwards.

Awards
First through third place finishers in the following categories of the 5K will receive awards: 9 & Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-65, 65-69, 70+ and over. Additionally, men's and women's overall, men's and women's master overall.

Walking is encouraged
We encourage walkers to enter the 5K race. Enjoy the 3.1-Mile course and refreshments afterwards. The walkers start at the same time as the runners at 8a.m. in the back of the crowd.
