Chickasaw Trace Classic

Moving the race from spring to fall for 2024!

The Columbia Cycling Club has conducted the Chickasaw Trace Classic mountain bike race since 1996.  Join us at Chickasaw Trace Park, 1415 New Hwy 7, Columbia, TN.

race day: October 13, 2024 registration opens sept. 1, 2024

Enjoy nine great miles of single track that offers a nice variety of scenic and fun challenges. These races are great for elite, average, beginners and juniors. Generous payouts, prizes and awards await those who are at the top of their class. Bring the kids for a free race for ages 3 through 9. Juniors 14 and Under race a half lap on the Creek, Ravine Loop, and first portion of Woodland trails.

We currently expect to run the start and finish like we did in 2023, making a path across the field to enter the trails at Rick’s Trail. However, it is possible that we are able to reclaim the trail near the cabin that allows for the traditional start.

The Under 14 race may run the length of the dirt road past the RC Airfield, continuing to the RC Car track, then return on the paved road and exit on the dirt road down to MTB Trailhead and enter the trails there.
